Pink Goes Red

As AKA Pearls by the Bay Interest Group, we hosted a Pink Goes Red for Heart Health event at the Eastside Family Shelter in February of 2020. Participants were treated to healthy food demonstrations, a smoothie station, health screenings, a heart healthy cardio workout and door prizes. In addition, the children were given the opportunity to make Valentine’s Day cards for their loved ones.
